AUSTIN (KXAN) — James Avery Artisan Jewelry is adding a sweet treat to its lineup of jewelry charms.It's a sundae of Texas brands in the mix, following the launch of a Blue Bell ice cream charm produced by James Avery. The ice cream brand announced the collaboration Monday, referring to the mixed-metal charm as the first "in this iconic Texas partnership."“We are excited to partner with Blue Bell and craft an artful design that speaks to so many Texans,” James Avery CEO John McCullough said in the release. “James Avery and Blue Bell fans alike will be able to purchase the first charm in this iconic Texas partnership.”The charm is designed to replicate the look of a Blue Bell carton of ice cream. PITTSFIELD, Mass. (NEWS10) -- Human remains were discovered in Wahconah Park on Tuesday morning. The Pittsfield Police Department says the remains are in an advanced form of decomposition. GREEN ISLAND, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Two Troy men were arrested following an investigation into reported thefts in the Village of Green Island. Green Island Police say both larcenies happened on October 2. ST. LOUIS - A school bus scared away a group of would-be robbers Monday afternoon in south St. Louis, thwarting an attempted armed robbery. It all unfolded just before 4 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Victor Street and Nebraska Avenue in the Tower Grove East neighborhood. Dead tree is a big problem for elderly St. Louis homeowner Investigators say the victim, a 13-year-old boy, was walking near the intersection with a phone when four people in a blue-colored sedan approached him. One suspect came out of the car, held the victim and gunpoint and demanded his phone. Moments later, a school bus pulled up behind the suspects' car, and the group rushed away from the scene. Police did not report any injuries, stolen items or arrests from the situation. John Flaherty isn’t wandering anymore.The software engineer turned homebrewer signed a lease to open Wanderment Brewing at 800 E. 64th Ave. in Adams County last week.The 2,400-square-f00t space will mostly be the brewing operation with a small “cozy” taproom in the front.
